Came upon this interesting video by Gary Fong today. A Seattle based wedding photographer, Nelson Tang, got a nasty letter from a lawyer – basically saying to pay up or get sued for $300,000.
It’s unfortunate because the photographer did not have a written contract and also provided the client with the bad shots from the wedding, something that could be bad for his defence – but that threatening letter probably won’t help client either. I’ll definitely keep an eye on this case.
