My little buddy absolutely hates his Santa hat, so I hope everyone appreciates his patience in giving you such a nice portrait. I also played around with the tree lights and shallow depth of field to get very blurry background lights – that was a fun experiment.

I used an led reading light to illuminate the champaign bottle with a very large aperture opening.
I wanted to get a symbolic image of 1.1.11, and thought of this. I think it works.
